R5 Training was started by two U.S. Marines looking for a better way to keep track of workouts. We wanted a workout app that adapted to changes that come up in the gym. Within the culture of the United States Marine Corps, there was a mantra; Improvise, Adapt and Overcome. It is this mantra that has influenced the development of R5 Training.
