Here is a workout that will leave your legs shaking. Set your rest timer to 90 seconds. When training legs recovery between sets seems to take a little longer, not that 90 seconds is a lot of time anyway. However the goal is always to push yourself. Try it out and of course, share your totals! 👍🏽
